Justin LaVine

    Justin started his career with the company in service where he spent a quarter century honing his knowledge, customer skills and love of the business.  He was chosen during that time from 1000's of techinicians around the world to receive the first ever Taylor Red Cape service award an achievement he says is still one of his proudest moments.

    He has since moved into ownership and taken over the sales part of the business. He and his sales staff have helped countless customers just like you realize how TSBL's equipment, expertise and service can maximize growth and profit potentials.

Kyle Paulson

     Kyle Paulson, born and raised in Amery, Wisconsin. He studied Business Management at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where he also played football for the Blugolds and graduated in 2009. He enjoys spending time with his family and being at their land that resides in Northern Wisconsin. He and his girlfriend love exploring new adventures whether it's at a new restuarant or fishing on a river at the heart of his territory. At TSBL he understands his customers needs and works diligently to make sure each and everyone of his customers get the most out of their profit potential. His connections to his customers is real and they feel at home with his down home style right from the first meeting. Kyle's customers trust him to give them the finest equipment, service, and continued support now and in the future.


Matt Borrman

     Matt was born and raised in Chaska, Minnesota but currently lives in the Twin Cities. He has a passion for cooking which has aided him in becoming very knowledgeable in the food service industry. His hobbies include anything in the kitchen, tweaking his smoking recipes and the outdoors. His favorite part about working in this industry is "watching his customers succeed and knowing he had a hand in helping them do it."


Scott Newcomb

     Scott has been in the foodservice equipment business for over 14 years and is always looking to help our customers increase their bottom line with quality equipment that TSBL has to offer.
